How to:

• Fill in the designs with the special sparkle paint.
• Let dry completely, then attach rhinestones for more sparkle.
• Place on your window and watch the sun shine in!
• KIT INCLUDES: 2 window art stickers, paint pens, and rhinestones.
• Time to make: 30 mins
